Zagreb, December 1, 2022 - Croatian sports officials in numerous sports are extremely respected at the international level, and it is not uncommon for them to be elected to the leading or "supporting" bodies of world sports federations.
Biserka Vrbek re-elected president of the Committee for Legal Affairs of the International Shooting Federation

Thus, at the session of the International Sports Shooting Confederation’s (ISSF) General Assembly - held in the Egyptian city of Sharm el Sheikh - the Assistant Secretary General for Legal and General Matters of the Croatian Olympic Committee (NOC of Croatia) Biserka Vrbek, was re-elected the Chairman of the ISSF Statutes and Eligibility Committee. Based on that election, she became a member of the ISSF Council. For the former Olympian in archery, this is a new recognition and expression of gratitude for everything she has done and continues to do in the promotion of that Olympic sport not only in her homeland but much wider.
