After two epic victories, Beram won bronze medal in the -63 kg category, and in the third, and also the semifinal fight at the European Championships, she failed to reach the finals. By unanimous decision of the judges, Beram lost to the category favorite, World Champion Sara Amy Broadhurst of Northern Ireland.
From the same opponent and almost in the same way, Beram was defeated at the World Championships in Istanbul in May this year, but on this occasion she won the medal and the greatest success of her career.
